Automated Drip Irrigation System
Arduino Soil Moisture Sensor Relay Module C/C++

An Arduino-based automated drip irrigation system that reads live soil moisture readings and switches a relay-driven water pump on and off to drip-water plants only when the soil actually needs it — cutting water waste versus manual or timer-based watering.

2008 – 2011

Process Integration Engineer

Global Foundries, Singapore

  • Lot Owner of the Prototype 45nm Microsoft Xbox chip for IBM — took it from prototype to manufacturing in 2 months as a high-priority project, and helped fix major defect issues causing line shutdowns.
  • Ran improvement projects from pilot to CMFG to full release, improving yield on the 45nm Xbox chip from 40% to 75%.
  • Worked on the backend process of the AMD 65nm chip, covering failure analysis, yield enhancement and control limits.
2011 – 2015

Planning Manager

MAS Holdings, Sri Lanka

  • Planned Victoria's Secret products at the Rapid Plant factory, where order-to-delivery was just 14 days.
  • Increased production efficiency from 45% to 75% by planning to reduce changeovers on production lines.
